Strategy Average Directional Index (ADX)

Average Directional Index (ADX) The Average Directional Index (ADX) developed by Welles Wilder allows you to know if there is a trend. This system consists of three indicators. DM + is an indicator of positive movement. DM- is an indicator of negative movement. ADX is an index of directional movement of the average. Only two indicators (DM + and DM-) are needed to use this strategy. ADX indicator is not used. Watch Out! Don't use this strategy if there is no trend.
